The property is strictly non-smoking indoors, though smoking is permitted on the deck. Pets are not allowed, and we ask that noise levels be kept low after 09:00 PM to respect the serene neighborhood. Booking & Cancellation
- To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in receive a full refund of deposit.
- Cancellations 21-29 Days prior to check in receive a 50% of your deposit refunded.
- Cancellations 14-20 days prior to check deposit nonrefundable.
Check in and Check Out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM, though we’re happy to accommodate early arrivals or late departures when possible—please inquire in advance.
